Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

International Shipping

At this time, we ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order using the link provided in that email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

Shipping Delays

While we do everything we can to ensure timely delivery, Ageless Labs is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact our support team and we will do our best to help.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Ageless Labs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once a carrier confirms delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors and your local post office first, then contact us if the issue persists.
