We describe what ingredients are studied to support — never what they cure. You will not find disease claims anywhere on this site, because supplements don't treat diseases and pretending otherwise is how customers get misled.

Our Ingredient Guide publishes commonly studied dosage ranges, timing, and pairings for every major ingredient we sell — free, no purchase required. Including the parts where the research is still early.
What we won't do
We think a standards page is worth more when it says what a brand won't do:
- We won't invent clinical results. We don't run our own trials, so we don't claim to. We cite the published research that exists on our ingredients and let you read it.
- We won't promise overnight transformations. Sleep and relaxation formulas are often felt within days. Structural and cellular-health formulas — collagen, NMN, joint support — are studied over weeks to months of consistent use. We'd rather tell you that upfront than sell you a bottle you abandon in three weeks.
- We won't pretend supplements replace medicine. If you have a diagnosed condition, that's a conversation for your doctor. We'll say so every time.
