A useful supplement budget starts with a specific need, not a fixed stack everyone must buy. There is no reliable “80% of the benefit for 20% of the cost” rule for longevity products. Compare both the checkout cost and how long a bottle lasts at its label directions.
Current bottle prices and estimated 30-day costs
The examples below use Ageless Labs one-time purchase prices checked September 9, 2026, and the current suggested use. They are a cost comparison, not a recommendation to take all four products. Tax, shipping and discounts are excluded.
| Product | Bottle price | Label use | Days per bottle | Estimated 30-day cost |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Vitamin D3 | $19.90 | 1 softgel daily; 100 softgels | 100 | $5.97 |
| Magnesium Glycinate | $26.90 | 3 capsules daily; 90 capsules | 30 | $26.90 |
| Omega-3 | $24.90 | 1 softgel twice daily; 100 softgels | 50 | $14.94 |
| NMN 500 mg | $55.00 | 1 capsule daily; 30 capsules | 30 | $55.00 |
Calculation: bottle price ÷ days per bottle × 30. Buying D3, magnesium and omega-3 together costs $71.70 upfront and averages $47.81 per 30 days of use. Adding NMN raises the upfront cost to $126.70 and the estimated 30-day cost to $102.81. Actual payment dates depend on when bottles need replacing.
Spend around a need you have identified
These products are not interchangeable. Compare food intake and existing supplements first. Review elemental magnesium on the Supplement Facts panel, EPA and DHA rather than only total fish oil, and vitamin D already present in other formulas. NMN is an emerging research category, not a required next step after buying vitamins.
Bundles and subscriptions
The Longevity Starter Stack combines NMN, resveratrol and CoQ10. Compare its live price with those same three individual products. It does not replace the separate nutrient examples above.
Eligible Subscribe & Save options currently offer 15% savings with recurring deliveries every 30 or 60 days. Choose a delivery schedule that matches your use; a lower recurring price is not a saving if bottles accumulate. Check current product-page terms before subscribing.
A smaller routine can be the better purchase
Avoid buying extra products solely to complete a tier, follow an influencer or reach a shipping threshold. Choose only formulas you have a reason to use, and reassess before replenishing. Prices and labels can change, so use the product page and bottle for your next calculation.
